Sunday morning crew is a sad sight to behold. I don’t know what they are doing in there at 5:45am when there is only 4 customers in the store but apparently it’s not cleaning or brewing coffee. I got a half a cup of coffee out of ten carafes. Not a joke. Every single one was empty. I felt like I was at a Royal Farms.
Plenty of parking for my truck restrooms are normally clean beach goers tend to overrun the restrooms on weekends it happens the employees are the greatest always friendly never a issue I stop here 3 to 4 days a week and I always see the assistant manager busting butt like the rest of the employees
Typically love wawa, however, this one is the worst one I've been to. I used to go here 2-3 times a week in the morning but stopped going because they were always 100% out of breakfast sandwiches. Their coffee was always out and when you ask one of them for a new batch it would take 10 minutes for it to get filled. If I'm going to go to a wawa I want to get it, get what I want and get out. Three times in a row of this happening I said enough. I go to 7-11 now, which always has what I want.
Great staff and always has what I need hoagies, coffees, treats and more. When they are buzzing, America is on path to recovery.
This Wawa, and so many others like it, has incredibly insufficient restrooms for both women and men. There are only two stalls in the women's room and one sink and hand dryer. The layout is so awkward that regularly people open the door and hit someone standing inside the restroom, and people exiting a stall have to jockey/do-si-do for the sink. This is criminal considering how many people stop here on their way out to the beaches. I see pregnant women, children, and slightly embarrassed men waiting in line every time I stop at this place. Get a clue Wawa -- you're saving pennies by not adequately building your facilities, but really ruining the experience for your customers. FFS have four stalls and two sinks in each restroom like your competitors.
i have been waiting for my smoothie for more than 20 mins. The people at the store are very lazy ... Do not go .. go to other WAWA
Unofficial manager kicked us out of store, very unprofessional, My team and I from a different Wawa went to get on a shuttle at this store for the polar bear plunge and we got told to leave, the "manager" of the store told us forcefully that we were making them lose customers and we were disrupting their workplace by us waiting by the door for our ride. You would think that fellow Wawa employees would respect eachother but this store does not. Do not go here, very immature behavior from worker. How can they respect their customers of they cannot respect their own peers from another Wawa. Incredibly rude for approaching us in a negative manor and kicking us out without anyone causing any problems. I recommend driving 4 miles to go to a different store. I am sorry that people like this are part of the Wawa company.
Always a nice place. Can get crowded and the bathroom is almost never clean. But hey for a quick pitstop it's great.
Hot delicious sandwiches always ready. Fast service.
Love the French vanilla cappuccino!! Mmm- oh and don't forget an Italian hoagie loses up!
This Wawa is my go-to after a long day of crabbing. The food is consistently great, and the staff is efficient. What do we have to do to get more Wawas opened around Maryland!?
Always crowded. Not the cleanest restrooms, but generally a decent Wawa run.
friendly staff, mediocre bathroom cleanliness, great food selection, finally got to try the legendary wawa teas (awesome if not a lil sweet)
My wife and two daughters just stopped here to get money for the bridge. My 10 month old daughter needed to be changed. No changing table available in the women’s room, my wife had to use her sundress as a barrier for the floor. Disgusted
It was okay for a quick stop but the gas prices are too high and the cashiers were severely needed since the line was backing up through the store.
Grossest, dirtiest Wawa bathroom I've ever seen in my life. I know it's a busy holiday weekend, was here July 4th and just now, but that's NO EXCUSE for the bathrooms to be so disgusting. "Feminine product" disposal containers literally overflowing with all kinds of gross stuff coming out the top of it and onto the floor. Everyone at this store should be fired or get more training at the least. This store is busy enough that it should be able to afford a dedicated janitor for keeping this location clean, the way people expect a Wawa to be.Btw, I mentioned the state of the restrooms to a manager on duty on July 4th around 8:30 a.m., and she blamed it on the shift change. Was just here again at 6pm, and I guess I hit another shift change.
I stopped here because they had the breakfast sizzli sandwiches on sale. They had 3 sitting on the heat rack (none of the ones that I wanted) and there was a crowd of people waiting for their orders There was no way I was going to order what I wanted and wait for them to be made. I stopped for a quick breakfast and ended up leaving making no purchaseEmployees were standing around but the lack of service was obvious
Great spot to grab something to eat and get your toll money for the Bay Bridge. Their ATM doesn't charge you a fee 🙃😉
Just witnessed an employee use the restroom and go back to work without washing her hands! Last time I stop here!!
Decent WaWa, but hard to get to from US 50. Restroom was small and dirty.
Nice place with great price just because the bridge
A staff member, Kyler, went above and beyond to help my partner and I get what we wanted, even with a busy line. Even though I would have understood his frustration (we were both hungover idiots who didn't know what we wanted) he was patient and helpful the whole time. This is now our favorite Wawa!
Great coffee & Panini's for a gasoline station.Yet they are so popular that they need more bathrooms and more frequently cleaning in them.
I used to love this place just recently went here asked for a pack of cigarettes and she asked for ID so I gave her my ID then she asked for everyone's id I'm with and I said they are for me I'm paying then she said I need everyone's but I'm with my daughter and 13 year old sister and she said it's the law u can't have them next time everyone stay in the car
Nice nice people good food
I usually love Wawa but I purposely don’t stop at this one because every time I go the bathrooms are filthy, and the store is too small for being in such a busy area. It’s usually a negative experience every time I go. Stop at the Wawa after the bridge on Kent Island, it’s much better.
I miss having a Wawa near me! I love this company!
This was once my favorite place to stop for a snack and to get gasoline when I was traveling northbound on Rt. 50., but not any longer. Lately this location has slipped a star or two. The choice of soda always seems to be lacking - with many empty slots in the the coolers. Also the last several times I have been here the bathroom has been horrible. I no longer stop here for that reason.
Love stopping to get some good food on a road trip!
Got milkshake for the kids. Where in and out. There prices are better then McDonalds for milkshakes.
rude workers
Literally just left here 15 minutes ago, didn't get what I asked for in my hoagie, no jalapeños or roasted peppers.
Has all the things you expect from a wawa. The only thing bad here is the restrooms. They are too small for the amount of people that come through and not always clean.
I stop at this Wawa at least once a month when I go home to visit my family in Delaware. This Wawa is beyond skimpy when it comes to getting what you pay for regarding to the ordered menu items. You would think for as long as you wait you would be served at least an average amount of food. Due to the consistency of this, I'm no longer stoping here for gas either. I'll just get gas at Exxon and keep rolling.
The place is very good. Really fast service. Great location.
The staff member working was very friendly despite how late at night we stopped by! It's great to see someone with a smile on their face even when working at 1AM.
Wawa is the best. Great food and gas prices.
I watched these untrained winners make subs for a store FULL of people. Why was the store FULL of people? Because the sandwich-making geniuses had an asinine "assembly line" going on that, to any casual observer, was absolutely making the orders come out at least three times slower than it would normally if they each made a sub at the same time. So, when the snot-nosed high-school low-life FINALLY gave me my subs, I took them and started to leave. He then decided to say, like a loud jerk, "YOU'RE WELCOME!"There was a reason I didn't say thank you. Now there's a reason I won't be returning to this store.(Corporate Wawa is copied on this).
Love the food and service.
Wawa is just the best.
Just a good place for basic needs.
ita a wawa, they have nice bathrooms and standard faire for coffee, sandwiches, and other snack food to keep you going
Convenient location when headed to the eastern shore from Baltimore or DC. Competitive gas prices. Lots of parking at this location. Plenty of space if you pull up in s big truck or RV.This usual tasty, made to order food in addition to the pre made sandwiches and other deli items. On this particular visit the bathroom was ok and check out lines keep manageable.4 out of 5 starts because I ordered Craisins with my oatmeal and it turns out it was never packed.
This Wawa location is terrible. Overflowing trash cans, dirty bathrooms...it is always bad here! This location's only positive is that it's convenient!
What a bunch of MORRONS just wanted to cash a lottery ticket only one person does everything at this place I would fire everyone and start new
Always quick. Love Wawa. Very busy place
Quick, good food selection, and great coffee.
Clean, well kept and the food was pretty great! Everything was fresh and well prepared to our surprise the soups that accompanied our meals were tasty. We had sandwich combos with chiken noodle soup and tomato bisque. We also had the taco salad and a freshly made salad that were very fresh, well seasoned and crispy. It was busy when we visited this location however this did not take away from our experience.
I always stop here on my way to Ocean City, Maryland. Great food, employees and it is handicapped accessible. One downside is that the bathrooms could be cleaned better.
Brand new remodeled wawa, same ole so so customer service and lack of preparedness.
